TERPS USA INC. SHIPPING POLICY

All orders received before 12:00 PM MST Monday – Friday will ship out that day. Exceptions’ being if the item is out of stock or the day is a US Holiday.

UPS does not guarantee their 2nd day or 3 day shipping. Those are estimates generated by UPS. 

All items will ship out UPS or USPS unless otherwise notified. 

We currently ship international orders via UPS.

All orders accepted by UPS / USPS and leave our facility are no longer the responsibility of Terps USA Inc We have no control over items once they are in possession of the UPS/USPS. If you have issues with shipping after products have left the Terps USA Inc Fulfillment Center that issue needs to be addressed between the buyer and the UPS/USPS.

If your order is damaged in shipping please contact Terps USA Inc upon receipt of order. Please send pictures and claims to info@terpsusa.com to have the damages addressed.
