SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy works together with our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order with Terps USA, you agree to both policies.

At Terps USA, we take pride in fast and reliable order fulfillment. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery
We ship orders using trusted third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Terps USA is not responsible for carrier delays, packages marked as delivered but not received, incorrect delivery by the carrier, or lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

Shipping Protection by Route
Optional Shipping Protection is offered at checkout through Route for a small fee.

If Route Shipping Protection is selected, lost, stolen, or damaged packages are handled directly by Route. Claims must be filed at https://claims.route.com. Approved claims result in replacement products only. No refunds are issued for shipping-related issues.

Unprotected Shipments (No Route Selected)
If Route Shipping Protection is not selected at checkout, Terps USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Replacement products are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for shipping-related issues.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address are not eligible for refunds. Replacement shipments may require additional shipping charges.

No Shipping Refunds
Shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable packages.
