Terps USA was founded in Colorado in 2019 — originally incorporated as Terps USA Inc. and restructured as Terps USA LLC in 2021 under the same founder, the same brand name, the same products, and the same registered trademark. The mission has never changed: to give cannabis enthusiasts and botanical professionals a better way to apply terpenes. Before the Spray Master existed, people were using squeeze bottles, eyedroppers, and guesswork — getting uneven coverage, wasting expensive terpene blends, and never quite achieving the consistent aroma and flavor results they were after.

We changed that. The Terps USA Spray Master — an air-pressurized, pro-series atomizer — delivers an ultra-fine, even mist that penetrates flower at the cellular level, with up to twice the coverage of a standard bottle. Paired with our 100% botanical, PG/PEG-free terpene spray blends and our professional-grade Liquidizer, Terps USA became the complete solution for anyone serious about terpene application.

From day one, our commitment has been simple: no shortcuts, no synthetic fillers, no compromises. Every product we make is built to perform.

What We Stand For

Tested in Court. Vindicated by a Jury.

In 2023, a competitor — Liquidizer, LLC, the maker of Wax Liquidizer — filed a lawsuit against Terps USA, LLC seeking approximately $985,000 in damages and a court order to permanently shut down Terps USA as a company. The case spanned six separate legal claims including trademark infringement, civil theft, and equitable dissolution.

We refused to settle. We knew our products, our brand, and our business practices were built with integrity — and we chose to defend them in open court.

On April 3, 2025, after a multi-day trial in Arapahoe County District Court, a jury deliberated for approximately 30 minutes before returning a complete verdict in favor of Terps USA. The jury found no trademark infringement, no civil theft, and awarded zero damages. District Court Judge Benjamin Todd Figa rejected the attempt to dissolve the company, stating in his signed Entry of Judgment:

The plaintiffs subsequently filed an appeal — and then formally withdrew it, bringing the matter to a complete and final close.

We share this not to dwell on the past, but because transparency is a core value of Terps USA. That experience tested our resolve — and it provided independent, legal validation of what our customers already knew: Terps USA is a legitimate, original, and enduring brand.

Where We Are Today

With the legal challenge firmly in the past, Terps USA continues to grow as the global authority in terpene application. We have expanded our spray collection to over a dozen botanical blends, upgraded the Spray Master hardware, and introduced our professional-grade Liquidizer line for concentrate users and commercial manufacturers.
