HOW TO MAKE
VAPE CARTS
Five steps. Under 10 minutes. What you need: Terps USA Liquidizer · Your concentrate · Empty cartridges · A syringe · A small glass container.
Place your concentrate in a small glass container. Warm gently — hot water bath or microwave in 5-second intervals — until it's soft and workable. You want pliable, not melted. Do not overheat.
Add Terps USA Liquidizer at a 1:1 ratio — equal parts liquidizer to concentrate by volume. This is your starting point for most concentrates. Choose flavored Liquidizer for a strain-specific or fruit profile, or Original (flavorless) to keep the pure character of your concentrate.
Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth, consistent in color, and shows no separation. If it needs help incorporating, apply brief gentle heat and continue stirring. Don't fill carts until it's fully uniform — streaks mean inconsistent hits.
Draw the mixed oil into a syringe. Fill from the bottom up, slowly — rushing creates air bubbles. A standard half-gram cart holds approximately 0.5ml. Cap immediately after filling. Don't overfill.
Stand the filled cartridges upright for 15–30 minutes before the first draw. This lets the oil fully saturate the wick. The first draw may feel slightly dry — that's normal. Give it one more minute and draw again.

ON PG AND PEG
WE READ THE ACTUAL SCIENCE
During the 2019 EVALI outbreak, propylene glycol (PG) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) were swept up in a panic that was caused by something else entirely. The CDC's investigation identified Vitamin E acetate as the primary culprit — found in the lung fluid of patients, linked to illicit THC cartridges, and completely distinct from standard vaping ingredients.
PG and VG were explicitly cleared by the CDC. Standard vaping ingredients were not involved in EVALI. The regulatory responses that followed — including Colorado legislation — were enacted during maximum public fear, driven by a conflation of causes that the underlying science does not support.
